Corporate Relations Director
Job Description:
This individual must have substantial experience in the hotel/group travel/meeting planning industry and expect
to grow professionally with our company. We are looking for a team player, but also someone who is a leader and is
self-motivated. You must be able to build and maintain a client base and accept a generous commission-only pay
scale.
Premier Meeting Services is a highly reputable meeting planning and hotel site selection company. Our reputation
has gained us the trust of our clients and the hotels we do business with. We are currently seeking associates in
several geographic markets to help us continue to grow. In this position you will primarily be locating clients for
our hotel/venue site selection product and then servicing the needs of those clients.
Premier Meeting Services is compensated for this service by collecting commissions from hotels which are then
shared with the associate who facilitated the booking. Because our service is provided at no charge to clients, it
is also an easy service to sell for someone with knowledge of the group travel/meetings industry. Our commission
sharing pay structure is not restricted with annual caps or limitations. Please note that this is a COMMISSION-ONLY
position, so your ability to build and maintain a client base is important to your success.
This Meeting and Travel Planner Position is a home-office based career which will allow you the greatest
leverage in achieving your personal work/life balance. You will set your own hours and work at your own pace, but
you must commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week. We are looking for individuals who are interested in an
entrepreneurial environment with unlimited income potential.
Job Requirements:
2 years + experience in hotel sales, national hotel sales or convention/visitor bureau sales
~or~
1 year as a corporate meeting planner with experience in booking group accommodations and meeting space for 1 or
more events per year
Just a reminder, this is a COMMISSION-ONLY position, so your ability to build and maintain a client base, as
well as prior knowledge of the group travel/meetings industry, is essential to your success in this position.
