Meet Our Executive Team
Sue Whatley, President and Founder, Premier Meeting Services
Sue brings 25 years of corporate and medical meeting planning to Premier. Prior to forming Premier, Sue managed a team of meeting planners and coordinators at MPE Communications who successfully met expectations of pharmaceutical and marketing clients. Sue brings valuable experience coupled with attention to detail to every event.
She has planned numerous types of events to include association, CME, incentive, and corporate meetings, golf tournaments, formal Galas, charity functions and sporting events. Sue enjoys working out, golfing and traveling.
DeAndra “Dee” Valentine, Vice President, Business Development
DeAndra (Dee) Valentine joins Premier Meetings Services as the Vice President of Business Development. As the VP of Business Development, Dee will be responsible for all sales operations and new business development. Dee comes to Premier Meetings Services after a very successful 14 years with the luxury luggage company, TUMI. While at TUMI she developed and grew the business of over 30 accounts, with her exemplary customer service and astute business acumen.
Dee is a results-driven leader who brings with her a strong commitment to excellence, and her business development skills, to drive immediate impact with Premier Meetings Services. She has a proven track record for driving exceptional results. In her spare time, Dee volunteers in the local community, and is becoming quite an avid golfer. She resides in Tampa, Florida with her family.
Kristen Jefferson, Event Manager
Kristen comes to Premier Meeting Services from the Midwest, born and raised in Kansas. She graduated from Missouri State University, where she realized her desire for the Entertainment industry. She brings a great passion and prior experience in meeting planning and the Hospitality business. Her devotion to help Clients get the most out of every meeting is what helps put Premier Meeting Services to the top of the list.
She now resides in Texas with her husband and baby girl. Kristen enjoys reading, being outdoors and spending time with her family in her spare time.
