Onsite Wellness Fairs

Premier Meeting Services will coordinate and manage your customized free health fair. Our staff will work closely with you to identify the health and wellness needs of your organization and bring in practitioners and exhibitors who match these needs from our consortium.

A health fair can be held anytime, however it is generally held during the business week, during the day. The fair can be anywhere from 2 hours up to 4 hours. A typical health fair would be on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday from 11 am - 2 pm. It is best to avoid scheduling before a major holiday or during another corporate event. You'll want to obtain management approval so that at least half of your employees may attend. We ask you to provide a large space or room to allow the exhibitors to display and for the employees to move about comfortably. Exhibitors generally require a 6' table and 2 chairs and some may require electrical outlets. Our staff will work closely with you to review the requirements and provide you with an exhibitor list.

Premier Meeting Services can provide you with flyers, posters, and other ideas to advertise your health fair internally. In addition, we can arrange for decorations and food to be provided at your health fair for an additional fee.
